| In Demand Tickets is an independent ticket broker engaged in the business of buying and selling first rate tickets at market prices. We are not Ticketmaster, nor are we affiliated with any artist, venue, team, or box office.
In Demand Tickets does not sell tickets at face value. Our ticket prices are often significantly higher than face value and reflect our cost of obtaining quality seating. Tickets are sold at market prices which vary significantly depending on the seat location and demand for the event. All prices are in US dollars.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES or CANCELLATIONS. If an event is postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. New tickets will not need to be issued. If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, you will receive a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets (minus the original shipping charge) - provided the tickets are returned to our office within 30 days of the original event date. In Demand Tickets will not issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made - or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage tickets.

| While price shopping our competitors online, please keep in mind that it has become common practice for many online brokers to tack on a substantial "service charge" on top of their posted ticket prices. Many times this service charge will not show up until you are at their final checkout page. They don't want you to notice it! We feel this practice is very unethical. Therefore, the price per ticket you see on our web site is the final price you pay. Our only additional charge is for FedEx shipping. No additional service charges. No convenience fees.
